Job summary

Aluma Care in Frontenac, Kansas seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children through ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
