Job summary

Aluma Care in Colony, KS is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide 1:1 therapy in homes, schools or clinics under BCBA supervision.

The role offers flexible schedules with part-time or full-time opportunities and benefits such as certification assistance and PTO. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, pass a background check, and have reliable transportation to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
