Get Set ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics throughout the Baltimore County area. Flexible per diem hours and transportation are supported to fit your schedule.

You’ll work under BCBA supervision, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to data collection and progress notes. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain it (we provide support).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in the Baltimore County area.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals.
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions.
