Get Set ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics across Baltimore County. You will implement plans designed by a BCBA and diligently collect client progress data.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain it.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in the Baltimore County area.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals.
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions.
