Get Set ABA in Maryland is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools or clinics across Baltimore County. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA and document client progress.

Flexible per-diem hours, per location options in Towson, Owings Mills, Catonsville, Essex, Dundalk, Pikesville, Woodlawn, and Cockeysville. We offer BCBA supervision, licensing reimbursement, PTO, holidays, referral bonuses and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain it (we provide support).
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools or clinics in the Baltimore County area.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals.
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions.
