Job summary

Actify ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes or schools in the Baltimore area. You will implement plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and diligently collect progress data while maintaining a supportive, safe environment for children and families.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
