Job summary

Actify ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Maryland team. This role offers 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in-home or in-school settings, with supervision from a BCBA and contribution to client progress data.

The position is part-time (13 hours/week) with late-afternoon shifts from 4-7pm, located in Gaithersburg/North Potomac, MD 20878 and surrounding areas. Pay ranges from $22 to $27 per hour, with scheduling flexibility and growth potential as you gain

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Pass a background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
