Job summary

Apple ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics across Kansas. The role supports BCBA-designed plans and emphasizes data collection and client progress in a collaborative team setting.

Ideal candidates have or are pursuing RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation for local travel. Prior ABA experience is a plus but not required, with a focus on safety and positive outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
