Gentle Rise ABA LLC in Kinsley, Kansas is looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA therapy team. You will deliver 1:1 services under supervision, implement BCBA-designed plans, and help children make meaningful progress in home, school, or clinic settings.

This role offers competitive pay $21–$26 per hour, flexible scheduling, paid training and certification support, and opportunities for professional growth as you gain hands-on experience in ABA.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
• Have previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children (not required).
• Can pass a background check.
• Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
