Job summary

Apple ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and contribute to meaningful client outcomes in diverse settings, including in‑home and in‑school environments.

Applicants should have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, plus a high school diploma or equivalent. Some college is a plus, and reliable transportation with willingness to travel locally is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check; reliable transportation and local travel.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
