Job summary

Aluma Care in Winfield, KS seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. Provide 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic settings and implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

You will collect progress data and collaborate with families and teammates to ensure client success and a positive, safe therapy environment. Candidates should have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, a HS diploma (some college preferred), and the ability to pass a background

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
