Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy. This role supports 1:1 sessions in home, school, or clinic settings and follows treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

You will collect data, track progress, and collaborate with families and teammates to maximize client outcomes. Candidates should have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
