Job summary

Aluma Care KS is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Kansas City, KS. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics and help implement BCBA-designed treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
