Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC in Kansas is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and team members to support client success.

We offer flexible schedules with paid training and certification assistance, competitive pay of 18–23 per hour, and generous PTO/holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
