VOITH, a global technology leader in hydropower, seeks a Project Manager to own complex projects from handover through commissioning. You will interface with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, profitability, schedule discipline, and high-quality deliverables.

You will oversee engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, installation, and commissioning, while maintaining governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent PM background with relevant industry experience.
• Experience managing large, complex industrial projects with multi-year timelines and multi-million-dollar values.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of scheduling and project controls principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex hydropower projects from handover to final closeout.
• Own project execution, profitability, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using best-practice methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, transportation, installation and commissioning teams.
• Drive risk, opportunity, change, and claims management across the lifecycle.
• Build strong customer relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
