Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Licensed or license-eligible for PTA

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments to patients per established plan
• Document treatment sessions and progress in the EMR
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment under supervision
• Educate patients and families on home programs
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to optimize outcomes
• Contribute to clinic operations and patient experience

Education

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
