We specialize in home health and community-based therapy services, partnering with independent subcontractors who want flexibility, competitive compensation, and a supportive team behind them.

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to provide skilled home health therapy services as 1099 independent subcontractors throughout

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PTA license in Florida.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers).
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
• Valid W-9 (we will provide a blank W-9 if needed).
• Reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility instruction.
• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with home health guidelines.
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide patient and caregiver education on home exercise programs.
• Maintain current licensure and required certifications.
