Job summary

THHN Consulting LLC is a Florida-based healthcare consulting company providing home health and community therapy services across all 67 counties. We connect licensed therapy professionals with patients as independent subcontractors, handling administrative tasks so you can focus on patient care.

Licensed PTAs will work as 1099 contractors providing home health therapy under supervision, with flexible scheduling and no relocation required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PTA license in Florida.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers).
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
• Valid W-9 (we will provide a blank W-9 if needed).
• Reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans as directed by supervising PT.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility instruction.
• Document patient progress accurately and per home health guidelines.
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising PT.
• Provide patient and caregiver education on home exercise programs.
• Maintain current licensure and required certifications.
