Job summary

Adoration Health is expanding to Boynton Beach, FL. We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to assist the PT in implementing treatment interventions and delivering 1:1 patient care.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited PTA training program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant certification in state of practice.
• Current Live CPR Certification.
• Two-step TB skin test required.
• Knowledge of evidence based therapy interventions.
• Familiarity with assisted living, independent living, geriatrics and/or home health.
• New grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment interventions.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, mobility and function.
• Provide training to individuals and others involved in rehabilitation and document results.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.
• Report status changes to the multi-disciplinary team as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.
