Job summary

HCRC consulting in Chandler, AZ is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our multidisciplinary practice. You will evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized plans, and work closely with chiropractors, rehabilitation, massage therapy, and wellness teams.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time opportunities, a competitive salary ($90,000–$110,000) plus bonuses, vacation benefits, and potential health coverage stipend.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient relationship skills
• A dependable, motivated, patient‑focused approach
• Interest in treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced practice

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, function, and recovery
• Provide hands‑on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on home exercises, injury prevention, and long‑term wellness
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Contribute ideas to strengthen and expand our physical therapy services
