Healthcare Recruitment Counselors in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our team. The role offers a full‑/part‑time schedule with competitive salary and bonus potential, focusing on outpatient orthopedic care within a multidisciplinary practice.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, deliver hands‑on therapy, educate on home exercises, and collaborate with chiropractors, rehab professionals, and wellness staff to grow our PT program.

Qualifications

• DPT degree and Arizona PT license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient relationship skills.
• Interest in orthopedic/musculoskeletal care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic or rehab experience is a plus; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focusing on mobility, strength, function, and recovery.
• Provide hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on home exercises, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen and expand our physical therapy services.
