HCRC consulting in Glendale, AZ is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care within a multi-disciplinary practice. The role emphasizes patient-centered evaluations and collaborative treatment in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT preferred.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic care; recent grads considered.
• Arizona PT license or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations.
• Treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal issues.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Guide therapeutic exercises.
• Provide thorough and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
