Job summary

OrthoArizona in Mesa is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will develop personalized treatment plans and guide patients of all ages toward restored mobility and reduced pain, in a setting with advanced facilities and supportive colleagues.

You will supervise assistants, pursue continuing education, and contribute to a culture of best-in-class care. A competitive salary and robust benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Arizona state licensure as a physical therapist is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, athletic trainers, and other staff to deliver outpatient care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to restore mobility and reduce pain.
• Supervise PTAs, PT techs, trainers, and aides.
• Pursue ongoing education and certifications through the mentoring program.

What to Expect

• Pay: $80,000-$130,000 based on experience

• Assist patients in recovering movement, reducing discomfort, and restoring function using specialized physical therapy techniques.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapy Techs, Trainers, and Aides.

Your experience should include:
