Job summary

Packers Staffing is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our partnered facility in Oconto, WI. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver treatment plans and assist residents in activities of daily living.

This full-time position offers flexible scheduling or per diem/PRN options, with opportunities for ongoing education and employee growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Must have an active Physical Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to residents under supervision.
• Conduct screenings to determine need for intervention or treatment.
• Assist in evaluations and develop treatment plans with the PT.
• Assist in establishing and adjusting resident schedules with the PT.
• Train residents and staff in use of equipment.
• Participate in education for residents, families, and staff.
• Document compliant and medically necessary CMS-compliant records.
