Packers Staffing is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our partnered facility in Kenosha, WI. You will work with therapists to empower residents in daily activities and support growth through personalized treatment plans.

This full-time position offers flexible scheduling or per diem/PRN options. The role involves direct patient care, participation in evaluations, and ongoing education to ensure high-quality therapy services.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Must hold an active Physical Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of practice.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings of residents to determine need for intervention.
• Assist in evaluation and treatment planning under supervision.
• Train residents and families in use of therapeutic equipment.
• Participate in quality assurance and maintain CMS-compliant documentation.
