Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is hiring Physical Therapist Aides to join our team as floaters across Central and Eastern Long Island. Your clinic location will vary based on staffing needs, supporting patient care across multiple clinics in the region.

Qualifications

• Must be able to cover 15–20 minutes from your home office and coordinate transportation to shifts.
• Knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology is required.
• Familiarity with therapy equipment used in physical therapy settings.
• Ability to observe, document, and communicate patient responses clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a scribe for recording and editing therapeutic exercises under supervision.
• Assist patients with preparation and setup for therapy sessions and pool activities.
• Educate patients on proper use of equipment and exercises.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and confidential treatment environment.
• Answer calls and assist with scheduling and front desk duties as needed.
