Job summary

MaineGuide is urgently seeking Personal Support Specialists in Kennebunk, Wells, Biddeford and surrounding towns to provide compassionate in-home care. Flexible weekday and weekend shifts with 1–4 hour blocks allow you to build full-time or part-time hours.

You’ll assist with daily living activities, errands, and light housekeeping while documenting care provided. Starting pay is $20 per hour with benefits including PTO, health insurance, mileage reimbursement, 401(k), referral bonuses and CE

Qualifications

• Active PSS certification required.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Comfortable communicating and documenting in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, hygiene.
• Help with safe transfers and mobility.
• Meal prep, errands, medication reminders, light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship that brightens daily life.
