Right at Home Hilton Head/Savannah is urgently hiring Personal Support Specialists (PSS) to serve Kennebunk and surrounding towns. Earn $20 per hour starting pay, with PTO for all employees and mileage reimbursement.

Health insurance, a 401(k), referral bonuses, and CE credits are offered. Shifts include AM/PM, flexible weekdays and weekends, with 1–4 hour blocks that can be stacked for full-time or part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Active Maine PSS certification.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Must be able to communicate in English and document accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Support safe transfers and mobility.
• Prepare meals, run errands, remind about medications, light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship to brighten daily life.
