A high school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience are required. The role offers a base salary of $40,000–$48,000 (salaried) with additional $15.25 per hour for hours outside regular hours.

Qualifications

• Must have an impeccable background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent and four years college education or full-time equivalent supervisory experience.
• Must have your own transportation and be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service plans and supervise staff for multiple programs.
• Monitor timekeeping and assist payroll/billing as needed.
• Arrange staff scheduling and ensure staff are trained.
• Prepare and submit required documentation accurately and on time.
