Job summary

Anomatic seeks a versatile team member to support the Anodizing department in daily production. This role requires flexibility to move between positions and respond quickly to changing production needs.

Responsibilities include operating and assisting in various production areas, maintaining quality records, and ensuring safety. The successful candidate works well in a team, communicates clearly, and helps sustain efficient, defect-free output.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at a fast pace and stand/walk for long periods.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and keep accurate records.
• Good communication, organization and data-entry skills.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and work in a team environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing production needs.
• Ability to differentiate color shades and maintain quality standards.

• Performs a wide range of job responsibilities in all production areas as needed.

• Monitors and maintains proper machine operations, clears jams and faults safely
• Reads and understands job cards, completes data entry accurately
• Checks and maintains materials at specified levels
• Moves finished goods pallets to staging areas and helps Quality weigh and label boxes
• Provides timely feedback regarding quality or mechanical issues
• Maintains a clean work environment
• Meets production and quality standards with SQDC consideration
• Performs other duties as assigned to support production needs
