Job summary

Tower Extrusions in Olney, Texas is seeking an Anodizing Technician to operate the anodizing line and ensure coatings meet specifications for aluminum extrusions.

You will follow detailed process instructions, monitor chemical levels and temperatures, perform quality checks on coating thickness and color, and safely handle chemicals with proper PPE; you will also assist with routine cleaning and maintain equipment to support reliable production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in anodizing, plating, or industrial finishing preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed process instructions and safety protocols.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Fasten and secure aluminum parts onto racks (bars) for anodizing
• Monitor anodizing tanks, chemical levels, temperatures, and process times
• Perform quality checks on coating thickness, color consistency, and finish
• Safely handle chemicals in accordance with OSHA and company standards
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tanks and equipment
• Identify and report defects or process issues
