Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
3 years of procurement experience in sourcing SW, SaaS & IaaS with knowledge of software licenses and SaaS terms.
Highly organized with strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Willingness for limited domestic travel.
Background screening including employment verifications and criminal checks.

Responsibilities

Assist in negotiations with SW, SaaS, and service vendors.
Ensure procurement activities follow Global Procurement policies and procedures.
Lead negotiations and drive value through strategic supplier engagement.
Develop and implement procurement strategies and benchmarks.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Services and Operations for alignment.
Support integration activities post-merger and ensure supplier continuity and compliance.
