Qualifications

• Current Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Organized, self-directed, and patient-focused.
• Geriatrics experience preferred or encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment for residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals.
• Educate residents, families, and staff as appropriate.
• Support SNF practice competency development for therapists.
