Independence Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team in Everett, WA, serving Bethany at Silver Lake and Cascades at St. Anne in Seattle. The role offers real clinical autonomy and a supportive environment, with flexible scheduling and mentorship for career growth.

New grads and CFY candidates are welcome; we provide onboarding and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed in a geriatric, skilled-nursing setting with patients across facilities.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State SLP license in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.

Responsibilities

• Dysphagia evaluation and treatment.
• Cognitive-linguistic therapy.
• Speech and language evaluation and treatment.
• Patient and family education.
• Treatment of medically complex patients.
• Discharge planning and collaboration with nursing, OT, PT, and facility staff.
