Job summary

Independence Rehab Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team. You will treat patients at Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, WA and Cascades at St. Anne in Seattle, WA, with travel between facilities during the day.

We offer a supportive environment with flexible scheduling and clinical autonomy. New grads and CFY candidates are welcome, with mentorship and onboarding provided for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Active WA State SLP license in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Organized, motivated clinician who enjoys geriatrics.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time

Cascades at St. Anne and Bethany at Silver Lake | (Seattle and Everett, WA)
$50-$58/hour | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule

Independence Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team. In this role, you will treat patients at Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, WA and Cascades at St. Anne in Seattle, WA. You will remain on the clock if/when traveling between facilities during the workday.

This is a great opportunity for an SLP who wants a supportive environment, schedule flexibility, and the ability to practice with real clinical autonomy while working with a collaborative rehab team.

What You’ll Do

As the SLP, you will treat a geriatric population in a skilled nursing environment, including:

• Dysphagia evaluation and treatment
• Cognitive-linguistic therapy
• Speech and language evaluation and treatment
• Patient and family education
• Treatment of medically complex patients
• Participation in discharge planningCollaboration with nursing, OT, PT, and facility staff

Requirements
