Job summary

Premier Therapy seeks a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to support residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting in Wauseon, OH. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Ohio SLP license; ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong evaluation, treatment-planning, and documentation skills.

• Completing evaluations and treatment plans.
• Providing evidence-based therapy including dysphagia assessment/management.
• Documenting accurately in the EMR.
