Job summary

Concept Rehab in Bryan, Ohio is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN / As Needed schedule in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs, and develop individualized plans.

The role emphasizes collaboration with nursing staff, documentation, and helping residents improve communication, safety, and quality of life. Ohio license required; CCC-SLP preferred; SNF experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience in SNF/geriatric rehab is a plus.
