Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and document speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders per orders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain compliant documentation and participate in care planning.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and families.
