Job summary

Premier Therapy seeks a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to support residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting in Wauseon, OH. Premier Therapy is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting in Wauseon, OH. This role exists to help individuals regain communication, cognition, and safe swallowing so they can connect and function with greater independence.

Key responsibilities include completing evaluations and treatment plans; providing evidence-based therapy (including dysphagia assessment/management); documenting accurately in the EMR; and completing Medicare-compliant billing and records.
