HCA Florida Blake Hospital in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team. Assess, implement, educate, and manage care following established nursing models to ensure excellent outcomes.

Licensed Florida RN required (compact licensure acceptable); Nursing Diploma/ASN or ADN required, BSN preferred. Acute care experience desired; strong emphasis on documentation and patient advocacy.

Formación

• Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse or eligible for Florida compact licensure.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN/ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Acute care experience strongly preferred.
• Basic life support and advanced cardiac life support certifications required within specified timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and take action for adverse events.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered, with thorough documentation in the medical record.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up measures.
