Premier at Perry Village in New Bloomfield, PA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis.

In this role you will provide physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assist with resident evaluations, implement interventions, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents' rehabilitation goals.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in PA.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative care team.
• Commitment to resident-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist with resident evaluations and development of individualized treatment plans.
• Implement interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional abilities.
• Accurately document treatment sessions, resident progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
