Job summary

The Premier at Perry Village in New Bloomfield, PA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. You will provide therapy under a licensed PT, assist with evaluations, and help residents regain mobility and independence in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist with resident evaluations and contribute to development of individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and function.
• Accurately document treatment sessions, resident progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
