Northern Dauphin Nursing & Rehab in Millersburg, PA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. You will provide therapy under a licensed PT, helping residents improve mobility, strength, and independence.

This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and opportunities to document progress and contribute to individualized care plans. An associate degree and PA PTA license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program and PA PTA license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist with resident evaluations and contribute to individualized treatment planning.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength and function.
• Document treatment sessions, resident progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident recovery and quality of life.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
