The Premier at Perry Village in New Bloomfield, PA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. You will provide therapy under a licensed PT, assist with evaluations, and help residents regain mobility and independence in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
