Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Marshall, MO is seeking a Licensed PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (Skilled Nursing Facility) to support mobility and functional goals in a patient-centered setting. You will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide hands-on, individualized care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Valid state PTA license.
• Rehab/clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement patient-specific treatment plans created by the PT.
• Lead patients through exercises, mobility training, and rehab activities.
• Educate patients on safe techniques and assistive devices.
• Monitor and document patient progress; report changes to the PT.
• Maintain accurate, compliant therapy records.
• Collaborate with the care team for coordinated treatment.
• Uphold ethical, professional standards in all interactions.
