Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current, valid Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help residents improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Assist residents in working toward individualized therapy goals.
• Monitor resident responses and communicate progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Document treatments and progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being.
