Chillicothe SNF Healthcare, LLC is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Chillicothe, Ohio. The role focuses on providingPTA treatments under supervision to help residents improve mobility and independence, with flexible PRN scheduling and a team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited PTA program with an active Ohio PTA license, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving older adults’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current, valid Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Strong communication and a passion for helping older adults.

Responsabilités

• Provide PTA treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence.
• Document treatments and progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home exercises.
