Job summary

Rehab Solutions is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN Home Health in Athens, TX. Flexible schedules support work-life balance and meaningful patient care in a therapist-led, community-focused organization.

As a PTA, you will implement treatment plans, perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications, while documenting progress and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a PTA, or license eligible.
• Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists and provide direct patient care.
• Document patient progress and educate patients and families on treatment protocols and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other clinicians to ensure coordinated patient care.
