Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide geriatric home-visit therapy in Vero Beach, FL. The role offers ongoing PRN work with competitive compensation of $65 per 4-unit visit and flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled treatments, promoting independence, and maintaining clear communication with the care team, physicians, and families, with thorough documentation of care provided.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license.
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsabilités
