The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position at Fleetwood Post Acute is PRN in Easley, South Carolina. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver therapy that improves residents’ mobility, strength, and daily function.

Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited PTA program with an active SC PTA license. Experience in SNF or rehab is preferred; PCC and Casamba familiarity is a plus.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care according to individualized treatment plans.
• Assist residents with exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment.
